Building businesses for long-term success
Overview
Clairemont Capital Group (CCG) was formed to pursue the acquisition of lower-middle market companies with values ranging from $4 million to $40 million. For CCG, the goal is not a predetermined rate of return with a quick exit but a long-range perspective. CCG’s primary objective is to build great companies positioned for long-term success. At the core of CCG’s strategy is partnering with management teams with the vision and drive to see their company realize its full potential. Likely acquisition candidates consist of privately owned corporations and non-core, orphaned divisions of larger publicly traded companies.
